Tim has over 30 years of commercial real estate and development experience across multiple institutions and product types, most predominantly within apartment development and homebuilding. 

Most recently, Tim was the SVP of Capital Investments at Public Storage, where he was responsible for managing the nationwide development platform for the 3rd largest self-storage REIT in the US. His responsibilities included land acquisition oversight, entitlements, development execution, investment committee management, as well as full P&L responsibility for the division which executed over 200 deals nationwide during his tenure.

Prior to that, Tim spent over a decade at AvalonBay & Irvine Company, where he was responsible in overseeing all land acquisitions, entitlements, development execution and investment management within the Northern California region including over 12,000+ apartment units developed.
