Cherry Tree has partnered with Revitate to acquire, reposition, and manage multifamily real estate properties across key markets in the United States. Leveraging decades of insights, expertise, and relationships, our mission is to preserve long-term, attainable housing options for communities and selectively enrich them with educational learning centers, while generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors. The primary focus of Revitate Cherry Tree Multifamily Fund I is Sunbelt Value-Add Multifamily and Midwest Workforce Housing.

Multifamily Development

We’ve recently launched a joint-venture with a global institutional equity partner to develop for-rent communities throughout Southern California which we will be launching in Q4 of 2023.
