Cherry Tree has partnered with Revitate to acquire, reposition, and manage multifamily real estate properties across key markets in the United States. Leveraging decades of insights, expertise, and relationships, our mission is to preserve long-term, attainable housing options for communities and selectively enrich them with educational learning centers, while generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors. The primary focus of Revitate Cherry Tree Multifamily Fund I is Sunbelt Value-Add Multifamily and Midwest Workforce Housing.


As a long-term owner and operator, Cherry Tree takes a comprehensive, cradle-to-grave approach to real estate development by managing land acquisition, leading masterplanning, securing entitlements, arranging financing, and overseeing the construction process, both on our own account and in conjunction with select partners and institutions. We primarily focus our development efforts in high-growth markets throughout the Western US.
