Sabrina has been a leader in multifamily housing since 2001 and, prior to joining the Cherry Tree team, was the Director of Operations for StoneCreek Communities, where she was employed for more than a decade.  In her role as the Director of Operations, Ms. Thompson worked synchronously with the organization’s President in developing new business and growing the portfolio from 3k units to over 8k units (11.5k beds) by providing industry-leading management services to owners, investors and developers.  

As an operator of conventional, student and senior assets dispersed across 7 states, Ms. Thompson directly oversaw the day-to-day management and leadership of the company by providing knowledge and resources to the executive, accounting and marketing team members in support of achieving the company’s goals and objectives.
