John began his real estate career at The Irvine Company where he helped lead the strategic planning team which oversaw the annual budgeting and business plan function for 50,000+ multifamily units. While in his role, he helped the business surpass >$1B in net operating income by advising senior leaders on analytical growth targets and industry trends. John was also responsible for capital project forecasting for the Apartments Division, representing $150M+ in annual renovation spend. 

After his time at The Irvine Company, John joined The Picerne Group, an Orange County based multifamily developer, to build and lead the firm’s Strategic Asset Management & Analytics team. There, he was responsible for the performance of a 12-property, $1B+ portfolio of luxury apartment assets located in the Southwest.
