Newport Beach, CA (December 23, 2021) — Revitate Cherry Tree (“RevCT”) has acquired Three Fountains, a 168-unit community developed in two phases across an expansive 24 acres alongside the Indian Creek Trail. The first phase was built in 1966 and features 90 single-story ranch homes. The second phase was built in 1987 and features 78 two-story townhomes with tuck-under garages and private driveways.
Nestled among a quiet single-family neighborhood, each ranch-style home and townhome is individually platted and the streets are publicly-serviced. Units are accessed via walk-up entry and many of the floor plans feature separate dining rooms and walk-in closets.
