Josh serves as our Head of Land Acquisitions for BCT Development and oversees our entire pipeline of residential development opportunities in Southern California.  

Most recently, Josh spent over a decade at KB Home, a preeminent California homebuilder, where he oversaw all acquisitions for Los Angeles and adjacent counties.
